Over the years our aging system has had a few issues ranging from problems with the control board to clogs in hoses. They even cleaned up a mess made by another company (whose name I don't recall). Everytime I call them I'm afraid it's going to be really expensive and most times it turns out my worries are unfounded.
They aren't necessarily the cheapest, but they do the work right the first time. Their repairs stick. And that, actually, winds up saving us money. HVAC systems are going to break down. That's especially true of those as old as ours. But these guys get it working again for a fair price with integrity.
Bob and Brent were so efficient, professional, informative, polite and patient with all my questions. I'm always reluctant to call someone new to help me out so I end up waiting years for fear of being bamboozled into something I don't need. These folks are honest and reasonable.
They have become my go-to for heating and ac.
Had a problem with my AC..I gave B & B A call... they came in on time.. they where profesional.. They troubleshoot my issue found out there wasn't enough volts coming from PGE line... want to thank Bob and Brent for a Fantastic job finding out my problem.. this guys are the best.! Thanks again!
Requested a quote via Yelp to get the AC running again at my mother's home, explaining/describing what the issue was, and what we usually encounter every season. The visit wasn't urgent but they were able to get me in about 3-4 days later. Technician they sent out was Brent, who also called 10-15 minutes before his arrival, and promptly started troubleshooting. This gentleman took his time, and explained everything he was planning to do, what he does to test this/that and what he was looking for that showed pass/fail. Once issues were pinpointed, he gave part pricing before each replacement and waited on my approval. Essentially ended up getting a "Kick-Start" capacitor to our AC unit cause the compressor wasn't kicking on, repaired a shorted line that led upstairs to the thermostat, and a new "thermoresistor" unit in the garage cause the old one practically melted (probably due to the wiring short) which in turn kept the blower/handler from ever shutting off. Brent was thorough, polite, and was able to put things in layman's terms for a non-educated HVAC person. Recommend this family run local company. Final total repair cost was lower than i anticipated, and much lower than our usual company that we go to that probably would have charged me double, and spent a quarter of the time there. Excellent experience.
Great company had an emergency at one of my rental properties and called B&B. Sarah was very helpful and they were out in no time to fix my unit. Will be doing business again if any problems come up with any of my rentals... Thanks B&B
This company cares about their customers. Stephanie in the office is very caring and has squeezed me in on several occasions. All the techs have been courteous and they do excellent workmanship. I am so thank ful I started using B and B.
Great company. Bobby was awesome and fixed my ac for a good price. I called serval company's and everyone started to sell me a new ac. He fixed the motor and got me cold air.
Had a great experience with this business. Called them when my AC was out. It was after hours and the owner himself came out. He diagnosed the problem as something minor, did the work and was on his way. Would recommend them and call again if need be.

My AC died in the middle of the Stockton summer, a dead blower fan. B&B ordered the part for me and installed it quickly and for a VERY reasonable rate. Almost a year later I noticed my fan was on constantly despite the thermostat not being switched to "on" and I gave them a call. Bobby came out and noticed a shorted wire (had nothing to do with last year's install) and fixed it for free for me. I would highly recommend them as both honest and proficient work. Thanks, B&B!
Brent was cool!! Very professional and polite! My air had been out for almost a week and didn't realize the latest power outage blew out my ac. He came in and my ac was up and running in literally like 20-30 minutes if not less. Will keep them on speed dial!!
My heater went out, I have 3 children in my home. I called everyone I could and B & B (Stephanie) was able to have Miguel come out next day to fix... Great phone personality and wonderful service. I would highly recommend them!!!
